Align was a thriving health clinic with loyal clients and packed-out services. But their core product, their flexible, high-value memberships, wasn’t landing. Prospects didn’t see the value, and growth had stalled.

The Problem

They were leading with services, not strategy. Their messaging focused on what they did, not why it mattered, burying the memberships as an afterthought in a long list of treatments.

What was causing it

An outdated brand, a confusing website, and no clear marketing funnel. Nothing pointed people to the real value: long-term care through membership.

It led to low membership uptake, scattered messaging, and lost opportunities to turn casual clients into long-term members.

Without a shift, Align risked staying stuck in a time-for-money model. missing out on scalable revenue and deeper client relationships.

What we did

As part of BLT, myself and Liam Nunn ran Align through our 4C process:

  1. Clarify – We repositioned the business around its real value, their proactive health through memberships. We reshaped the offer and rewrote the messaging to focus on outcomes, not just services.
  2. Craft – We created a vibrant, modern brand that reflects where Align is going over the next decade, not where they’ve been.
  3. Convert – We built a focused website that drives prospects into a membership funnel with lead-gen automations and email follow-ups.
  4. Continue – We provided tools, assets, and support for long-term marketing, including printed materials and onboarding packs.
