From outdated site to on-brand powerhouse
Coyote is one of the UK’s top party bands, known for high-energy shows and packed-out event calendars. But their old site didn’t capture the buzz. It lacked flexibility, visual impact, and the backend power to keep up with demand. With new creative direction from The Observatory, they needed a digital platform that could match their momentum.
The Problem
They had the talent, but not the tools. The old site was hard to update, visually underwhelming, and didn’t reflect their energy or professionalism—costing them attention, enquiries, and bookings.
What Was Causing It
A rigid backend, limited design flexibility, and no clear user journey. They couldn’t showcase their content or keep things fresh—hurting fan engagement and making it harder to scale.
Without a serious upgrade, they risked looking dated and missing out on the kind of shows and partnerships they were built for.

Promise
We partnered with The Observatory and ran Coyote through a focused version of our 4C process:
Clarify – Aligned the site’s purpose around one goal: turn visitors into fans, bookings, or both.
Craft – Translated The Observatory’s bold creative direction into an immersive design with movement, rhythm, and punch.
Convert – Built a flexible Webflow site that balances performance with storytelling—featuring seamless navigation, tour content, and booking prompts.
Continue – Delivered full CMS control so Coyote’s team can update events, media, and content fast—without tech help.
The Results
- A sleek, bold, and fully custom site that reflects the band’s energy
- Flexible backend that empowers the team to update content with ease
- A user experience designed to boost fan engagement and booking enquiries
- A scalable platform built to grow with Coyote’s schedule and audience
The site now works as hard as they do—on stage and off.

Start with the Client Acquisition Diagnostic
Before you redesign anything, find out what’s actually happening after someone lands on your site.
This diagnostic benchmarks whether clarity, structure, or compounding is the bottleneck—and shows you what to fix first so you stop guessing.
It identifies:
- whether your core offer is understood without a live explanation
- whether there’s a clear next step (or just “book a call”)
- what happens when a ready prospect lands on your site
- where interest stalls because the journey isn’t structured
- whether you can see what’s driving qualified leads → appointments
You’ll get a score and a breakdown showing what’s limiting qualified leads—and what to change next.
This isn’t a one-off project. It’s a system for how prospects move from interest to action.
Most websites are built to launch. This system is built to run.
The 4C Lead Flow Method defines how prospects discover you, understand the offer, take a first step, and commit.
Your Circle workspace is where we track what’s working, document decisions, and improve the system over time.
