The Demand Tension Map
This session runs the room through the Demand Tension Map to expose the gap between how founders think their business is seen and how clients actually experience it.
Attendees leave with a clear read on who they're really for, what clients actually come to them for, and where their offer needs to sharpen before they touch messaging, website, or marketing plans for the year ahead.
Keynote
20–45 minutes. The pattern, live examples from the room, and the shift in how attendees see their own business by the end.
Workshop
Half-day. Same framework, but every attendee works their own business through the map and leaves with it filled in.
