A health clinic with the right offer — hidden in plain sight.

Align is a health clinic with a model that sets it apart — flexible memberships offering ongoing, personalised care rather than one-off treatments. Their services were good. Their clients were loyal. But the thing that made Align genuinely different — the membership — was buried. The website presented a long menu of treatments. Visitors saw a spa. They didn't see a health system. Single sessions were booked. Memberships weren't. The clinic stayed busy while the offer that would actually grow the business went largely unseen.

The work began by inverting the structure. Membership moved from the bottom of the page to the centre of the proposition. The brand was rebuilt around the idea of long-term care — what it looks like, what it delivers, and who it's genuinely for. A new visual identity, rewritten site, and a content and sales enablement system gave the team the tools to convert interest into commitment rather than one more booking.

Align now has a brand and a platform that points people toward the offer that grows the business.
