Rendesco
A technically strong product. A market that couldn't see past the site.

Letting the calculator do the selling — qualification before the conversation.
Rendesco had built a strong reputation in commercial energy and heating. They had solid relationships, a good track record, and a product that genuinely worked. They also saw a clear opportunity in the B2C market — rising energy costs, homeowners actively looking for alternatives, and an electric heating system that answered the problem precisely. The difficulty was communication. Every attempt to reach consumers fell flat. The messaging had been built for procurement teams and boardrooms, not for people making decisions at kitchen tables.
The solution wasn't a rebrand. It was a tool. A custom heat pump savings calculator that let homeowners input their property details and see their own savings figure in under two minutes — no sales call required to understand the value. Integrated with EPC property data, Salesforce lead capture, and Calendly booking, the calculator turned a complex proposition into a self-service journey. Qualification happened before the conversation.
Rendesco now enters every sales conversation with a prospect who already knows their number.
Delivered: website rebuild, heat pump savings calculator, Salesforce web-to-lead integration, EPC property API, Calendly booking flow.

“Our previous site didn't reflect our brand and was hurting conversion. We chose Tom because he quickly understood our market and made excellent suggestions for improvement. The process was collaborative and efficient with clear timelines, frequent check-ins, and fast turnarounds. He flagged challenges early and always came with solutions and from that, the impact has been nothing short of significant. Our new site is faster, clearer, and so much easier to manage. The calculator is driving more qualified enquiries and better customer conversations. His user-first approach, attention to detail, and strong UI/UX capability really impressed us. Overall, we found Tom proactive, outcome-focused, and a pleasure to work with. We'd absolutely recommend him and would happily work together again.”

Not sure where the tension is?
Take the diagnostic.
Ten questions. Eight minutes. A scored output across the four dimensions where demand tension hides. No pitch attached. If the map is useful, keep it.
If it isn't, you'll have lost eight minutes, and we'll both know.
