The Summit
A tech advisory firm for enterprise leaders. A website working against them.

Rebuilding the trust a great firm had inadvertently asked its website to undermine.
The Summit is a technology advisory firm serving enterprise clients in data analytics. They had built a strong reputation among those who knew them — and a client base that spoke to the quality of the work. The problem was the website. For a firm that advises organisations on digital transformation, their own digital presence was working against them. Dense content, unclear positioning, a design that felt dated relative to the calibre of client they were built to serve. Leaders managing billions needed to trust them before picking up the phone. The website made that harder, not easier.
The work cleared the decks. Positioning was sharpened around the specific type of leader The Summit serves and the specific problem they solve. The site was rebuilt to lead with clarity — who they are, who they serve, what changes as a result — and to earn trust before asking for a conversation.
The Summit grew to £10bn assets under recommendation in the years following the rebrand.
